How sessions are arranged

All consultations at Mavienta are arranged by prior appointment, made through the website contact form, by email, or by telephone. Sessions are conducted in person at Strada Maria Rosetti nr. 62, Bucharest, or remotely via video conference.

• Cancellation: appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late-cancellation charge as communicated at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling: appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance without charge. Requests to reschedule should be submitted by email to [email protected].
• Session documentation: a written summary is issued after each session. Documentation is retained in the Mavienta archive per the retention schedule described in the Privacy Policy.
