Mavienta
— The Range / Services

Guidance Grounded in Records.

Each service at Mavienta produces a written output — an intake summary, a seasonal plan, or a documented review. Bucharest, Romania. Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.

Initial Dietary Consultation

The starting point for all work at Mavienta. A 60-minute session that maps your current food intake, eating rhythms, and lifestyle patterns. Conducted by a qualified nutrition specialist in person at the Bucharest studio or via video call.

You receive a written intake summary within 48 hours. The summary covers your current macronutrient distribution, identified food-category gaps, and a preliminary directional plan.

Seasonal Eating Plan

A twelve-week structured eating framework built around the produce available in the current season. The plan specifies daily food category targets — vegetables, fruits, whole grains, proteins, and healthy fats — with example meals for each week phase.

The seasonal approach is not an aesthetic choice. Romanian markets shift substantially across the year, and a plan that works in July does not travel well into November. Mavienta plans are written with that specificity in mind.

Active Lifestyle Nutrition Guidance

A specialised consultation track for clients whose eating patterns intersect significantly with physical activity — whether that is structured sport, regular gym attendance, long-distance running, cycling, or consistent daily movement.

Nutritional guidance is calibrated to recorded daily energy expenditure. The intake form for this track includes an activity log as a mandatory component, reviewed alongside the food diary.

Progress and Adjustment Review

A follow-up session conducted at the four-week and twelve-week mark of any active eating plan. Eating-log data from the intervening period is reviewed against the original plan specifications.

Adjustments are documented with a new revision number. Both the original plan and the revision are retained in the archive. The session produces a written adjustment record, not just a verbal summary.

— Services / Questions
Do I need to have kept a food diary before the first session?
No. The intake form sent prior to the first session includes a seven-day food-recall template. Completing this before the session is sufficient. If you already maintain a diary, bringing it along is useful but not required.
Can I book a seasonal plan without first having an initial consultation?
An initial consultation is a prerequisite for the seasonal plan. Without a documented intake baseline, a specific plan cannot be written responsibly. The two sessions are designed to work in sequence.
How does the active lifestyle track differ from the standard plan?
The intake form includes an activity log as a required component. Guidance is calibrated to your recorded daily energy expenditure patterns rather than a general adult baseline. The session runs slightly longer — approximately 75 minutes — to accommodate the additional intake data.
Are sessions available on a rolling basis, or in defined packages?
Mavienta offers single sessions and the twelve-week seasonal plan as its core formats. Additional review sessions can be booked individually at the four-week and twelve-week intervals, or at any other point where the eating record warrants a check.
In what language are sessions conducted?
Sessions are conducted in Romanian, English, or French. The written intake summary and plan documents are produced in the language of the session.
